Brilliantly Exposing Climategate

By Alan Caruba

Over the years, I have read dozens of books by eminent scientists, climatologists and meteorologists, that exposed the lies that support the greatest fraud ever perpetrated in the modern era, “global warming.” I have always wanted to read one that anyone could understand without having sufficient knowledge of the rather complex science involved.

I finally found that book and, would you believe it, the author is a friend! Every month I put aside time to talk with Brian Sussman, a former award-winning television meteorologist turned conservative talk show host on KSFO, San Francisco.

Like myself, Brian has long known that “global warming” is a bunch of horse hockey and, bless him, after the November 2009 revelations contained in several thousand leaked emails among the handful of perpetrators supplying the phony data to support “global warming”, Brian sat down and wrote “Climategate”, published by WND Books and the best $24.95 you will ever spend because it is the best book on the topic I have ever read.

Its official publication date is Earth Day, April 22.

To put it plainly, Brian got it right and he does so on every page as he walks the reader through what is often a complex topic. He does this by drawing on more than twenty years as a meteorologist and science reporter. In 2001, he shocked San Francisco viewers with a career change to become a conservative talk radio host.

What all the “global warming” fear-mongering is about is not climate science because “global warming” has nothing to do with climate and everything to do with a political agenda conjured up by Karl Marx and set in motion by Lenin and Stalin.

Brian initially takes the reader through the history of communism-socialism in order to put the environmental agenda in context. “It’s all a lie. The earth is not warming, and climate always changes—and they know it.”

“Global warming is the grandest of all tyrannical schemes”, says Brian and he has the credentials and knowledge to back it up. The first chapter of “Climategate” is worth the price of the book, but it just keeps getting better after that as he identifies the key players in a succession of environmental hoaxes that include, for example, the banning of DDT. Without this chemical miracle, an estimated 96 million people have needlessly died from malaria since 1973.

The most difficult thing to comprehend about the environmental movement is its fundamental hatred of mankind.

Environmentalism is a spawn of communism. The book will help you make the connection between the millions who died under the regimes that embraced it and the tsunami of lies that maintains environmentalism to this day.

It is no accident that Earth Day, April 22, is also the birth date of Vladimir Lenin, the Marxist who led the Russian revolution that led to the establishment of communism in 1917. The Soviet Union, a nation Ronald Reagan called “the evil empire”, finally collapsed in 1991 from its inherent oppression and inability to produce real jobs, real goods, and a life free of an all-powerful state.

“Earth Day,” writes Brian, “has never been a celebration of God’s wonderful creation; instead it’s always been an assault on man.” That is why the central message of environmentalism is that man is a “cancer” on the earth and responsible for climate change. That is why its leading advocates want to reduce the earth’s population by any means possible.

Neither mankind, nor the bogyman of carbon dioxide has anything to do with climate change. Right now the Obama administration’s Environmental Protection Agency is moving to regulate CO2 as “a pollutant” and it has the authority under the Clean Air Act as the result of one of the worst Supreme Court decisions in modern times.

Regulating CO2 would make about the same sense as regulating oxygen on the grounds that it produces rust or that it is a component of fire. Regulating CO2 is crazy!

“Climategate” is the best book to date about this massive fraud, those who have lined their pockets advancing it, and the political agenda behind it; masterminded out of the bowels of the United Nations.

Order it! Read it! You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free!

I love this. A very good point. I don't get around to reading many books these days (2 young kids seem to suck up most of my free time, somehow). But I will try to make time to read this one.

Is there any hope that the truth will actually get into the hands that can cause problems for this ridiculous Cap & Tax, uh, Trade legislation? Or is this yet another piece of legislation that is going to get shoved through rapidly (before the threat of an overturn in Congress in November) against the will of the people?

Rachel: The talk out of D.C. is that Cap-and-Trade will not be taken up by the Senate for several months, but...you can never trust that talk, especially if it is a Democrat saying it.

I'm not sure how it happened (I used to be a global warming believer) but I found myself looking at sites like

http://wattsupwiththat.com/

and perhaps most importantly

http://www.assassinationscience.com/climategate/

and within days my eyes were opened. I have a sneaky feeling it was reading your blog that encouraged me to do some research.

Thank You!

Mr. Alan, IF, and I say IF, all these experts, the epa, Al "FULL of BULL" Gore and the scientist are right. Now bear with me..IF their conclusions, (not to confused by their delusions), are so dead set they are correct. There's an easy way for them to disprove any and all opposing arguments...
..let them create a planet.
That would certainly impress me.

Interesting that "The Exposure of The Great Global Warming Hoax" happened in the same time frame that "The Great American Socialist Hoax" found a healthy number against it and willing to march, vote and fight if necessary to force its repeal.

The old "One-Two" punch in boxing designed to K.O. the opponent.

I hope so.

At any rate, without the the Great Gaia Goddess of Global Warming to replace glue of Marxism, the modern socialist movement flies apart.

Lets hope this one ends up on store shelves and is well read and talked about.

The conspiracy runs deep and is well understood, GM crops, vaccines, dumbed down public education, lack of teaching ethics in university professions, I could list many things.

The disgusting truth in all of this can be seen visually with a new set of posters created by the UN. I put one up on my blog and gave a link to three more - all showing man as the enemy of the earth and its creatures. This is hatred and these pics need to be seen. see http://dougplumb.blogspot.com/2009/12/giant-terror-tarantula.html

I believe that Climate Change may have been created to overcome another problem fewer people understand - that is the very nature of the technological society. Technology is something we have become addicted to and its posed a huge problem. A famous French Philosopher, Jacques Ellul has written a great but very long and detailed book on this called "The Technological Society".

Another French philosopher, Rousseau has also written about it - but before the technological revolution, he sees luxury as corrupting and destroying virtue of mankind.

The problem is the people the solution comes from as much as it is the "solution". The solution being implemented itself will further enslave mankind. Bill Joy of Wired magazine exposed this agenda around 1999 in an article here http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/8.04/joy_pr.html . Bill Joy is a hero to mankind for exposing what he saw behind the curtains of the super elites.

Interestingly, the Russians (former Soviet Union) would likely be one of the major beneficiaries if "global warming" were to occur. At a minimum, Arctic melting would open up year-round ports for them. Pure speculation, but I would imagine it might also increase their agricultural yield.

Here's an interesting thought experiment - what should/would US reaction be if another country were to take steps to actively drive "global warming"?

I don't share your faith that mankind is not capable of changing the climate. Yes, we cannot control the weather. We may or may not have already contributed to "climate change". There is no doubt that we could act to "change the climate" if we undertook to do so - but the odds of correctly predicting the outcome are infinitesimally small.

Paul,
you are being dis-invited to comment here again. The reason is that you are ignorant of the most basic science and lack common sense.

The Arctic and Antarctic ice sheet has been melting and reforming for billions of years.

There is NO global warming. The Earth has been cooling for a decade.

The "weather" is what is outside your window. The "climate" is what occurs over centuries. Mankind in the brief 5,000 years of what passes for civilization has never had any "control" over it. The very idea is so absurd that any reasonably intelligent person would never hold such a notion.

I know you want to participate, but I have no patience and no desire to spread such error and ignorance on my blog.

Any more comments will be rejected. Sorry, kiddo, but them's the rules around here.

I bet there are lots of agents posting on these forums. I've seen gov. ads for them. The Liberal establishment is HUGE. There are true believers as well, ones that have formed their social groups around politics, and of course ones that have been drinking too much fluoridated water.

No worries Alan - I'm gone again. I didn't even think this one was provocative at all, so it is probably for the best that I stay away!

To be clear though, I completely agree that we cannot "control" the weather or the climate. For sure, you and I as individuals have zero impact. Never have, never will.

I do believe that concerted human action can affect one or both -- which is not to say that we already have or ever will. The work that has been done on "climate engineering" shows it is not that complicated to do, but hugely complicated to predict the outcome! I think it would be a hugely unwise risk to try to "engineer" the weather and/or climate.

Que sera sera.

Alan,

Didn't pay much attention to AGW until Climategate. Wow. AGW is the largest case of mass-hysteria in history; first I thought of it as just a few petty intellectuals posing as scientists in love with their silly little theory. But it is something different...Belief in AGW is a unique public phenomena akin to a popular cult or some kind of pseudo-religion immune to rational analysis or argument. It's really fascinating and I have been reading book after book on the topic. I'm reading this one too. AGW - Another term for nice weather.
