I have been thinking about ...Thanks for your view. I have been thinking about this since Tillerson came out with his announcement. Limbaugh labeled it "capitulation." Initially, I found myself agreeing with Tillerson, only to realize that the only attractive part was that it was infinitely better than cap-n-trade. But, the bottom line is that we do not need either. I just hope that cooler heads prevail in Congress.
