And they called Bush a Moron

  1. Bush 43 flew the USAF F-102A Delta Dagger. The photo you show is the follow-on F-106 Delta Dart. You can tell from the tail. The F-102 tail is pointed on top, the F-106 tail is cut off on top. His Air Guard squadron flew the 102s.

  2. Henry, are we missing the point a bit here?

  3. Somewhere out there, some Bush hating liberal is thinking that the Dagger is one of those remote controlled drones we have, and they just put Bush in the seat for the photo ops ...

  4. Henry is correct. I was gonna write and mention it too. I flew the same ones as Bush 43 at Perrin AFB in Texas in the sixties.
That said, the collage is priceless and reflects more than just O's mechanical ineptitude. It also makes one wonder whether there is enough common sense there to know not to go out in the rain without a coat.

  5. I couldn't agree more Alan that somehow Henry misses the whole meaning of the mission; however, with all due respect, it does appear that Henry does have a certain penchant for irrelevant detail. I would submit to the entire world that any man that could and can safely fly an F-102 Delta Dart or any of the other century model fighter aircraft is not only NOT a moron, but happens to be among some of the most intelligent and adaptive human beings on this planet and this certainly includes our last President George W. Bush. This is an extremely temperamental and non forgiving aircraft to fly that was designed for just a few very specific duties and if by chance one found themselves outside this narrow parameter of capability it almost always led to less than desirable results.

As Alan so succulently presents with his two visual comparisons, the differences between President George W. Bush and Prince Barack Hussein Obamaimam are monumental. George W. Bush was not only intelligent he was a CIVILIZED man that loved his country. This half breed that still occupies our White House is nothing more than a dim witted, psychopathic revolutionary Chicago thug whose only goal in life is the complete and total destruction of the USA.

  7. Yes, Henry, but the original designation of the F-106 was the F-102B, and it is considered a derivitive, not an entirely new airplane. Another difference between the two is that the intakes on the F-106 are behind the cockpit rather than beside them. In any case I'm pretty sure Bush could have flown the F-106 just as easily as an F-102, since they are so close to being the same airplane.
