With the exception of the error on the cost of electricity, that piece was spot on ... but I understand why you had to remove it. I don't think it contained any information that the readers of this blog didn't already know though.
@Guy: That was my opinion as well, but people just didn't seem to be able to get passed that one error. It's called missing the forest for the trees.
