Barack Obama: A Bill of Indictment

By Alan Caruba

Oyez! Oyez! Oyez! All those with business before the court of public opinion will draw near. A bill of indictment has been issued for Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America. It is a call for justice from the people of the United States who allege that he is engaged in the destruction of their nation.

For the court’s consideration, it is alleged:

That he secured the office of President by falsely stating he is a natural born citizen of the United States without providing irrefutable documentation and witnesses thereof,

That he associated with persons known and unknown to hold anti-American views antithetical to the conduct of his office, to include a convicted felon, an unrepentant former domestic terrorist, among too many others to innumerate,

That he has created an unaccountable level of governmental policy-making with the largest expansion of presidential advisors, “czars”, in the history of the executive branch,

That, while in his first six months, he bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia and Emperor of Japan, an act that contradicts the primacy of the office of the U.S. presidency,

That, in contradiction to his sworn duty to protect the nation, he announced the termination of the U.S. space defense system the day after North Korea launched an ICBM,

That he ordered the release of memos regarding the interrogation of terrorists interned in U.S. facilities at Guantanamo, making known to the Islamist enemies of the nation the manner of their interrogation,

That he appointed as Secretary of Homeland Security, an individual who ordered that the word “terrorism” be replaced by the term, “man made disasters,”

That, during his first six months in office, he doubled the U.S. national debt, currently at an unsustainable level, threatening the value of the U.S. dollar,

That he signed into law a “stimulus” bill, the bulk of whose funds were allocated to government employee unions under the guise of generating millions of new jobs in the private sector,

That he signed into law a “Troubled Asset Relief Program” that, contrary to the Constitution, promoted short term private benefit, rather than the general welfare, while evading the constitutional requirement of equal protection, saving some businesses while letting others expire,

That he by-passed the established legal process of bankruptcy to seize control of General Motors and Chrysler auto manufacturers, benefiting unions to the loss of creditors,

That, in collusion with the majority leaders of the House of Representatives and the Senate, he initiated and engineered the passage of legislation that nationalized the healthcare industry despite overwhelming opposition by the American People,

That he has participated in national and international conferences to advocate the discredited theory of global warming and continues to advance Cap-and-Trade legislation based on it; a massive tax on energy use that will undermine the recovery of the economy,

That he has failed to protect the United States by failing to secure its southern border with Mexico and is threatening to take legal action against Arizona, a sovereign State that has passed legislation in lieu of that failure,

That he has consistently advocated “global government” over the sovereignty of the United States,

That he declared his intention to “bankrupt” the coal industry, responsible for one half of the electricity generated to serve the needs of Americans,

That he failed to take immediate and effective action to deter widespread ecological and economic damage to States bordering the Gulf of Mexico following an accident on a BP deepwater oil rig, including a “moratorium” on oil drilling that threw thousands out of work,

That he continues to advocate “a clean energy future” when such energy, solar and wind, exist only because of government subsidies and mandates, are a dangerously unpredictable source of electricity, and produce less than three percent of the electricity generated nationwide,

That two private investigators have asserted he is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in that State and that the number was issued between 1977 and 1979. Obama’s earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin-Robbins in Oahu, Hawaii,

And, for these and other hidden records regarding his birth, his overseas travel to Pakistan, college records, medical records, and other means of verifying a legitimate claim to hold the office of the President,

We, the People of the United States of America demand that impeachment proceedings be initiated or that cases pending before the courts be adjudicated at the earliest possible time to prevent further damage to the economy and security of the nation.

  1. I think most of what you write here is true. The public needs to WAKE UP. The public needs to do it's own research. The public needs to learn, re-learn and teach to our children the true history of this Great Nation that our founders forged for us.

For without knowing the real truth we are damned to repeat it. GOD help us.

  3. You DO realize?? By writing this, and by my re-posting it and adding my thoughts, and by the many others that have re-posted it, we have all placed a HUGE target on our backs...

In the words of Ben Franklin, "We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately."

  4. Fred, in truth I do not feel like the far Left or the Obama gang even takes notice of me. This is not to say they should keep an eye on YOU! :-)

Other than a few Leftist "profiles" of my on sites like SourceWatch and one devoted to Exxon, both claiming I am in the pay of Big Oil, Big Coal, Big Ice Cream and Popcorn, I pay little heed to that kind of disinformation because the vast body of my writing, if Googled, says everything anyone needs to know.

I opposed much of what GW Bush was doing and had no blowback either.

  5. Dear TexasFred:

First of all: I'm not paranoid.

I've been a blogger since 2005, and I know for a fact that I'm on the "Watch List" because federal agents have interviewed me concerning articles and comments I've made on my blog.

The last time was in March of this year just after my Dell laptop was stolen by persons unknown who really knew their business about B&E.

Interestingly nothing else at my residence was touched - money, DVDs and other items of value were ignored. The only thing missing was the laptop.

Then only a few days later, Homeland Security shows up and starts asking questions about an article I published on my blog that was written by someone else on the subject of civil war.

These are dangerous times for Patriots. I've noticed at the Free Republic website others have complained about federal agents asking them about articles and videos they have posted on their blogs.

  6. Can we file this as a criminal complaint with our local county offices? Or, do we just add this to the list of never ending emails going around to all the same people, over and over again?
I don't care if it puts a target on my back! As someone once said, "give me liberty or give me death"... I want ACTION! Congress won't impeach obama, they're in bed with him! We need to support Darrell Issa in his search for the truth. And, maybe if enough people file criminal complaints against obama, pelosi, reed, et al, we can make some real headway without violence...

You might do yourself a favor and consider whether you are posting statements, articles, etc., that are incitements to violence or civil unrest of one sort or another. This would attract attention and, in some cases, probably should.

We have to keep in mind this is a nation of laws, not men.

As such, we have to exhaust all lawful means first.

The November elections are surely a good example.

  10. What else needs to be said? Clearly, our current president is both a fraud and a liar who has proven himself anti-American and incapable of utilizing the executive powers he has been given with the even the slightest amount of intelligence. We have heard the warnings for decades of a socialist agenda by conspiring men and the fact the Obama was elected shows how ignorant or deceived many Americans are. Wake up and smell the dregs of coffee America... it's old, it's bitter, and it needs to be thrown out along with this impostor and his cronies.

  11. Ok, the federal government is going to sue Arizona.

So the feds and obuma are going to sue the state of Arizona for enforcing federal law on a state level. Maybe it's because Arizona also added more and better civil right protections than federal law? We all know how the federal government hates competition.

How much more plain can this administration make it that they will not enforce federal immigration laws? If they will not enforce our laws that they create, why should we obey any laws that they write? This is a line that they have crossed in their corruption and it's time to tell them to buzz off. I'll say it here and now, you no longer have any force of law that you can use against me. No federal law has any authority over me or the free people of the United States. Your willful failure to treat us all as equal under the law overturns the laws and your authority.

You, Barrak Obama and you, the Congress of the United States, have failed in your most important duty. It is your foremost job to protect the sovereignty of the United States of American and protect its citizens from harm. By not enforcing our border laws you are willfully permitting the invasion by criminals and terrorist into the US. The lives of our fellow citizens lost and their blood spilled is on your hands. The property stolen and the treasury robbed is your fault. You are all not part of the solution, but your corrupt criminal supporting acts are the problem.

Your refusal to enforce the immigration laws until immigration reform passes only shows that you are doing this as a political football. You are holding our lives and property as hostage to your political agenda. This is just plain evil, repulsive, and un-american.

There are now reports that obuma intends to solve this problem by use of a presidential pardon or executive order. Since congress is balking at passing his version of immigration reform he will just make them totally irrelevant. Who needs lawmakers as a rubber stamp when the king obuma can just make a decree?

You, Barrak Obama, your bureaucrats, and the liberal democrats, indeed the whole of congress are ordered to vacate your offices. Your willful acts against the laws of this nation, your oaths of office, and it's citizens make you all unfit to serve. If you are campaigning for office in 2010 you should save your money for your immediate retirement.

This free American taxpayer will no longer obey you and your evil kind. I call on all Free Americans to do the same.

  12. Alan:

The agents did mention something about "Sedition" - but some of the things have quoted could be said to be "Treason" from the viewpoint of the Feds.

Therefore, if they want to arrest and charge me - then they should go ahead and do so. I told the agents that I would not do a plea bargain; that the Government would have to put me on trial; a trial I would show up wearing the full U.S. Army uniform with decorations I have earned the right to wear by virtue of Honorable Discharge.
