Quote of the Day...Maybe the Year!
In today's entitlement-crazy Washington, not only do folks believe that about half the country is entitled to other people's money and health insurance policies, they feel they are entitled to their own facts to support their claim to their own entitlement to other people's money and health insurance policies.

"Spread the wealth." - Karl Marx
What did the voters expect when they elected a Marxist as president and gave him lackey Democommie Congress as well in 2008?
Maybe they thought like the German Republicans of 1933 did, "If you make Hitler Chancellor, the responsibilities of office will make him more conservative."
My favorite quote is, "Those who forget history are condemned to relive it."

I'm not sure how many people actually investigated the background of this Marxist in Chief. He had very little political history to check. He was a mystery man and snake charmer who told each audience exactly what they wanted to hear.
I remember that the more I learned about him, the more alarmed I became. I was really troubled when he beat Hillory in the Primary. At least she was a known, predictable adversary.
Now it seems that everything I feared about this unknown candidate is true. Small comfort in accurate perception.
